The beautiful beach, 500m from the property can be reached on foot in 5-6 minutes. The facility can host max. 13 people including children. Villa consist of 4 apartments interconnected by internal stairs and it is rented as a whole. There are max 4 parking spaces in the fenced yard. Swimming pool measuring 25m2. In the garden it's slide and swings for children, barbecue and 7 deckchairs. In the basement of the house there is a playroom with table football, billiards, table tennis and darts. Air conditioner 4 pieces. It's a house ideal for larger families or friends who like spent their holidays together. For bike lovers this is an ideal starting position with many bike paths. The coastal path leading to Fažana and Peroj is particularly interesting. We are at your disposal for the necessary help during your entire stay. Price List
The minimum stay is 7 days and can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. In May and mid-September to mid-October, you can book any day of the week.To confirm the reservation, 10-15% of the contracted price is charged at least, and the remaining amount no later than 30 days before the start of using the service. A deposit of 500 euros is paid in cash upon arrival and key collection, and is returned upon departure if no damage has been done to the building.
